Job Scan

A device which allows management to objectively define what a role calls for in an ideal candidate. This allows management to understand why current job holders perform as they currently do and to clone those performers who deliver at the highest performance levels. This is also a particularly useful device to ensure that management are in agreement as to the key drivers for any given role., This ensures that staff have a common outlook from the management team on any role, the priorities of the job and the behaviours expected removing confusion , frustration and stress in the workforce.

Team Audit

This device allows existing teams to define their current collective behaviour and recognise how the team’s performance could improve by mixing, adding or subtracting certain team characteristics. This is particularly useful for any performance or management team where conflict, challenge or results need to be constructively addressed.

Sales Aptitude Indicator

All too often sales skills are known and understood by our sales people yet performance is lacking, often as a result of a lack of personal drive and the ability to marshal commercial skills. The SAI allows organisations to quantify two key personal drivers; the personal level of hunger and desire that any individual has and their ability to channel their attitude successfully into the range of required behaviours which our differing client patterns will continually demand.

Emotional Intelligence

When dealing with personal development and with other people it can be critical to ensure that our actions are driven by our heads (not our hearts) and that whilst we are aware of the feelings of others we don’t compromise our professional objectives based on the outward emotional displays of others. Our EI system will quantify how well placed our people are to deliver on this.

Intelligence Testing

In all roles there is a basic need for a prescribed level of mental horsepower. For some it may be numeric for others short term memory or mental agility. Our IT system completes the skills assessment and ensures that once the right candidate is identified from their behavioral characteristics we also confirm the required intelligence level is present.
