Problem Solving and Decision Making
Aim of the Course
A half day course that will show you the techniques for analysing a problem, generating alternative solutions, and deciding which solution most closely matches your needs.
The course is ideal for those who currently solve problems using no particular technique, and for those who attend meetings where the current technique is simply that the loudest person wins.

This very practical course is structured around a number of 'real' problems. Delegates will work in teams, and use the techniques taught, to actually solve these problems and come up with the best solution.
