Course Content


This hands-on essential workshop will provide many opportunities to:

Build relationships of integrity, mutual respect and clearer communication with colleagues

Identify key platforms needed for effective influence and persuasion

Use different styles of influence, maximise, reflect and adapt your own behaviour

Understand people values, question, actively listen and negotiate at the highest level of opportunity for
both parties

Prepare, plan and act around identified realistic and frequently ocurring situations

Present yourself with impact, whilst taking the contributory values of colleagues into account

Develop and continue to develop, and persuade and influence in a win-win programme
